I found a website with out of contract players and there are loads with a decent pedigree. 

In terms of right backs there is a Serbia under 21 international. 23 years old and has played in Serbia, Holland and Belgium top leagues.

A Morocco international who has played top league in France.  Can play left back too.

A slovenian international who's played top league in Poland and Greece. 

A belgian under 21 international who has played loads of games in Belgium. 

Finally a Romania international.

All are 26 or under and could maybe be tempted by a stepping stone type move to the UK.

None have come from huge clubs so you never know what they'd accept. It's certainly better than no wages.
