Tom+Hateley

Supposedly we're after former Motherwell right back Tom Hateley (son of Mark). We will have to beat the likes of Hibernian, Bradford and Wimbledon if we are to sign him. 

From what I remember of him he isn't the fastest but has a terrific right foot on him. Hopefully it comes off. (The move, not his foot).

He definitely finished up as a right back but much like you Chomp, I definitely remember him being further forward. McCall set that Motherwell team up quite attacking though.

Yeah he had a good amount of goals and assists, I reckon he'd be a good signing. Reckon we'd be behind probably all three of the other clubs mentioned though.

I think we have to hope for the Hartley factor. He seems to be pretty adept at selling his idea to players.

We need to sign a right-back. Cammy is a good option to have but he doesn't look ready to be first-choice going by the last couple of games.

Would probably be well-suited to either RB or RWB, so would be a good signing for me.

PH  does seem a pretty good salesman, I think he grew up in Scotland too so that might be in our favour although I'm maybe clutching at straws now. I suppose it will mostly come down to the filthy lucre.

Sounds a good signing. Speaking to a Hibs fan there, he said no contest if Hateley had to choose, but that he might not be first choice RB, which might swing it for us.

Bradford City must be favourites, with McCall there, and they are on the up. My second team.

would be happy with this but I'd imagine hibs would pay more than us,let's hope he wants to play in the top league
