Am I the only one that thinks the fees paid in England for mostly pretty ordinary players is absolute madness?

Each passing hour saw more and more ridiculous sums of money changing hands, some of it was from clubs who had already had the player on their books at one time.

This madness was only surpassed at the orgasmic delight of the Sly presenters and assorted football groupies, that gathered in the studio to tell the world how wonderful it all was.

Pretty sure the total for this window hit £1.2 billion. Absolute madness. It was definitely over £1.1 billion last night, but this was before David Luiz to Chelsea.

Since the Premiership started and Sky were involved the prices of players has gone up and up. There is plenty of money in the game down South which reflects the prices paid. Supply and demand.

I don't have a problem with it as I enjoy watching the football that Sky and BT have to offer. Especially now that I can hardly get to see us play. 

I also can't complain as I subscribe to Sky. Do not have BT but watch the games in the pub. 

I actually quite enjoy the passion shown by the presenters who are after all getting paid to promote the product
