Liam Kennedy: Dundee in safe hands with Americans

Having got the goodbyes out the way, here is my take on what the future holds for both clubs.

And I have to say I think one is definitely in better hands than the other, as things stand. I may, of course, be proved wrong on this one.

While I am of the firm belief that the Dark Blues are finally in a decent place, financially and in a footballing sense, I’m not sure the same applies across the road.

The US chiefs at Dens are doing all the right things on and off the park, while in the last few years it’s been a catalogue of errors at United.

In all seriousness, nothing would make me happier than seeing the Tangerines get back to the big time from 180 miles down the road.
