Bucket List

On my bucket list is to attend a game at  the Wesfalenstadion and stand on the yellow wall. Would love it to be a game against Bayern Munich. Also would like to go to see Borussia Monchengladbach play.

Apart from that sport wise would love to go to see the Ashes test matches in Australia over Christmas and new year, attend the men's Wimbledon final and the Monaco Grand Prix.

Has anyone on here done any of these things and also what is on you guys bucket lists ?

When I left the navy the one thing I wanted (and still want) to achieve is for one season make every single game including pre season. The last two years I've made every home game but missed the odd away ones. This year I've already missed a couple so it'll be next year at the earliest now. Probably I've got to any kind of bucket list.

I've archived that one mate season 2008-2009 :). It was good fun but bloody hard going sometimes. Good and bad memory was the midweek Scottish cup game at Fir Park when McHale scored. Brilliant because we won but bad because I was struck down with the flu. The journey home was hell on earth and I couldn't get out of bed the next day I was that ill. I can't remember feeling as bad :(

I don't think I will ever go through a season without missing a game again

Kudos mate, I'll get there one season. At the moment I'm missing some away games for financial reasons, a combination of saving money for real life and also putting away cash for Philly. At some point we'll be in a position for me to spunk the cash again. I suppose short term my 'bucket list' is Philly.

What is your connection, if any at all to Luton WW ?

A coupon win a couple of years ago! :lol2:

Everybody was well up and they were 2 down, coupon launched in a pub. They scored one late on, then I heard Jeff - "And Luton have scored again!". Bugger, 2-2 I thought. Turns out I'd missed them equalising and they'd turned a two goal deficit right around. I think they actually run out 4-2 winners eventually.

Luckily the tumblers hadn't been collected and the scrunched up coupon was found.

If Philly happens . If it does I won't make it. Got a trip to Manchester to pay for., taking in Bolton v Millwall. Also a weekend in Glasgow. Next year need cash for another jaunt to a test match ( you really need to give one a go :lol2: ) and most probably a week in London.

If you do go for a season without missing a game be prepared for some tough times. It is a bloody good feeling once the final whistle goes in the last game and you've done it

Brilliant :lol2:.  I hope you make it down to Kenilworth road at some point.

I remeber I was on a course in Milton Keynes a few years back and Luton were playing Watford midweek. I wanted to go but unfortunately it was sold out. That's the closest I've been to seeing the Hatters play
