Paul Hartley says Dundee ‘not at their best’ against Kilmarnock

Dundee manager Paul Hartley felt his players were not at their best during the 1-1 draw against Kilmarnock.

Hartley watched French defender Kevin Gomis receive a straight red card with 10 minutes left for a bad challenge on Killie substitute Charlee Adams.

He said: “We did OK.

“Although we began well, we didn’t take our chances. You have got to do the business in the final third.

“In games like that, you always need a second goal to give you that bit of breathing space. We didn’t get it and that was frustrating.”
