I thought I would start something new. The Manager Marks is how you feel our manager is doing on a game to game basis. This is not an excuse to slate the manager, but to give a fair assessment on how the manager is doing game to game.

What are you thinking - of course it's an excuse to slate the manager.  Some of these boys don't like Hartley and have never liked Hartley.  Get the popcorn out.

I had actually planned to start this at the start of the season, but I kept forgetting about it and got reminded tonight.

I'm sure it will work both ways, when we are losing and when we are winning again.

I put adequate for both. We lost because ICT played better in spells, took their chances and didn't make any stupid defensive mistakes.

Could you do a retrospective poll/pollsfor the games played?.

I put poor for both as both his team selection and this narrow formation did not work.

I think it's not correct to say the fans do not like Hartley.

They are frustrated at the dull, unexciting style of football being served up.

Also silly mistakes every week, Bain, Jules and Holt last week, Jules again this week.

Can it be turned around, maybe at best IMO.

Really don't know what Gadz has to do to get a game ahead of Jules. Guaranteed a howler every single week.

I'm just not getting this either.  Of the two Julen is probably a better footballer but not a centre half at this level in a back four yet and might never be.  I thought Ghadz came on to a good game at the end of last season and started to look confident.  No brainer for me.

I am getting fd u hearing PH speak about the good football we play and that we are not far away from getting it right. Did not see many games last season but seen more this season and i have yet to see even hints of free fliwing football. Always square or back passing and no fight. That is down to team selection so its a comment of PH. I will be delighted if he turns it around, but not with the players we have, all of them chosen and pucked by PH.

I wasn't there today so not voting but I doubt there will be many voting 'Very Good' and 'Very Good'.
