Topics Regarding Fao/attention Moderators.

Just an update regarding this topic. I know from time to time that our members will need to contact a member of staff or a moderator, however creating topics or posts within an open forum to get a member of staff's attention, is not one of them, and it is also against our community rules and guidelines.

I'm sorry, but our moderators will remove these types of posts without any notice or warning. Please do not repost if your original post has been taken down.

If you require a member of staffs attention, we will only be glad to help you and there are many ways you can do this.

1. Support Centre Forum: Our Support Forum is for anything account, profile, moderation related or anything you wish to keep between members of staff and yourself. Your posts in this forum can only be seen by yourself and members of staff.
2. Contact Us Form: You can also use our Contact Us Form if you wish direct support. However, if you question is account related we suggest that you use the Support Centre for this.
3. Private Message: We suggest that you use this as a last resort. While we don't mind you contacting us this way, we believe that using the methods above will get you the help you want more quickly.
