We could have scored three or four on another day. We didn't and we're bottom of the league.

Not a performance to give the manager or players a huge amount of stick about IMO.

Incredibly unlucky and wasteful today.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting a result away to Hearts today, but hearing that we hot the woodwork four times tells me we were pretty unlucky today.

Also, not the line up I was expecting today either, PH totally changed it from last week and I wasn't expecting the likes of Vincent to be playing or Kerr would be dropped to the bench.

Vincent didn't play badly. Williams in the first half was looking vulnerable but overall I thought most of the team played well.

No doubt we could have done better at their goals defensively but it's a sore one to take today.

Very unlucky today. We totally dominated the first 2/3rds of the second half, hitting the woodwork 3 times with Hatley having also done so with a free kick in the first.

Hearts missed a sitter in the first half, and we could have been ahead inside the first few seconds if El Bak had kept his composure after latching onto a loose pass.

Hearts first goal should never have happened because the ball had gone out for our throw. Everyone in the ground could see clear daylight between the ball and the line except the two people who mattered.

We did almost get an equaliser but Jordi missed a free header. The second goal then killed it.

There's plenty to be encouraged by today but our luck needs to change. The league is still incredibly tight - we're only 3 points off top 6 - but I'd still rather be looking down than up.

Deserved a point and showed great effort an application. Never a 2-0 game but we took Gadz () off and chased the game.

Created more than the last 3 games put together but still an inability to put the ball in the net. El Bak shows flashes of real quality and will come on to a game soon. I know he hit the post but Jordi really isn't up to the level, he runs about daft but has no link up, finesse etc.  Loy really has to start for me

3 at the back worked well, Holt looks much more assured at left CH and Gomis is clearly a quality player. I thought we looked more threatening with Hately at RB as well. Typical Dundee goal to lose though. Should say Bain absolutely outstanding at times.

All in all not a disaster but the points have to come soon or we are in deep trouble. Hartley has used his budget to assemble a limited squad and we are getting the performances that come along with that.

Partick game now looking MASSIVE. Anything less than 3 points and I think action could be taken

These things happen, the lino was right there and didn't give it, if we'd done our thang with 1 or dare I say even 2 of our chances it wouldn't have been such an issue. Totally agree we dominated the first half hour of the second half and I thought we looked really good. I got a bit frustrated again though towards the end for a while when we did our possession play stuff, teams must be delighted when we do, they'll be more than happy for us to run the clock down for them when we're chasing the game. All in all though I thought we played pretty well, and if we can play like that half hour for the full hour and a half we'll be fine. Hearts were no mugs and we made things very difficult for them.
