Does Hartley Know What He Is Doing?

Having watched the Dees this year on television and at Dens can I ask does Hartley have any clue what we need. He was lucky with Hemmings and Stewart, but really i feel he is taking us back and down. No goals again, no strength in midfield, slow predictable and dire. Is his job in doubt?

If it isn't then it should be. 

Only point for debate imo is what manager could produce better with the squad available?

You could argue that building a squad that has Yordi as the first choice striker is a sackable offence in itself.

For me, if we don't at least get a draw at Partick then he has to go.

I'm wondering if Loy has pi$$ed PH off for Yordi to start ahead of him. Especially as PH openly announced that Yordi was signed for developmental purposes.

The answer is unfortunately NO......If Hartley thinks Hateley is a wing back or Yordi is a starting striker then he's lost it. Likewise he constantly tries to play square pegs in round holes. If we lose to Partick then he should go as it's looking more and more that even the players are losing confidence and are lacking fight and motivation. When that goes then there's only one option and if that doesn't happen we will be the Utd of last season, cut adrift and facing to big a mountain to climb when we do change it in the new year!!

It appears to me and many many more people that Hartley has not had a clue for a long time. We are so slow and laboured, we can't pass the ball forward and no-one looks like they want to be playing for us. Hartley appears to be a stubborn man who will keep playing tha same crap week in week out no matter how bad they are playing. Fed up with watching these performances week in week out and paying good money too

He has arguably built a squad this season that is on a par with the promotion season maybe worse and that is a sackable offence in my opinion. 

He had  the rug swept away a bit with the Hemmings deal but if he didn't have options 1,2 and 3 clear in his mind for replacing KH and GS then he is off his head. 

I can't see how he is gonna turn it around. Plus he is too stubborn and tries to be far too clever. MCCANN was saying on the telly we should be bossing a 4 man midfield with out 5 but we  couldn't get near them haha
