Almondvale Stadium has been the home to Livingston since 1995 when the team relocated and changed its name from Meadowbank Thistle.

Throughout the years, the stadium as went under numerous name changes due to sponsorship deals.

Its previous titles are: The City Stadium, West Lothian Courier Stadium, Braidwood Motor Company Stadium, Energy Assets Arena and its current name, Tony Macaroni Arena.

The stadium is owned by the West Lothian Council and is rented by Livingston each year.

The Tony Macaroni Arena is easily accessible from across the country, situated within a 10 minute drive of the M8 motorway which links Glasgow and Edinburgh.

From the East and the West, exit the M8 at junction 3 (Livingston).

Take the A899 (south) and follow signs for St John’s Hospital or for the Stadium.

The advance purchase of tickets is not required for Livingston FC home matches in the Ladbrokes Scottish Premiership (unless advertised otherwise), with ‘pay-at-the-gate’ arrangements in place instead.

Byrne Gets Early Red as Dundee Seal Win | Ladbrokes Premiership
Despite scoring 1st Livingston can’t hang on to their lead after an early red card for Byrne. Nelson and Wright net to seal the win for Dundee.

It looked like the same old hard luck stories of past would be n the cards again when Livingston went ahead just minutes after being reduced to 10-men following a reckless challenge by Shaun Byrne. Dundee did push forward but would go int the break still behind after failing to put a shot on target.

That however all changed in the second half.

Andrew Nelson put the teams back on level terms with a fantastic looping header from a Scott Wright cross. Following an awful challenge on substitute Jesse Curran on the edge of the Livi box, Wright would step up with less than ten minutes to play and tucked away a delicious free-kick that even ‘Glorious’ Gary Harkins would have been proud of.

This was Dundee’s second victory in five matches and this sees them move above Hamilton in 10th on goal difference.
