Hi, locked out of forum, access denied.

Been locked out of forum since Friday, coming up access denied.

Seems to be when WiFi is on, able to come on now with 4g.

Not sure why you would be locked out the forum, you're not banned, no restrictions on your account and none of your IP addresses have been marked as bad on the forum (I have just checked).

Not sure what to tell you, unless you can show me a screenshot of the error you are getting on the forum.

Instead of answering your PM directly, I thought I would copy and paste your issue here, so hopefully this could help others with this problem in future.

This was what was coming up and still is when trying to access the site on WiFi.

From just reading this, I can tell you that you're being blocked from Cloudflare Firewall.

Cloudflare protects websites from many different attacks, helps performance and optimises DNS etc. Hence the reason why we use it.

What I can see from this, it looks like the Cloudflare Firewall has most likely blocked one of your IP addresses, and denied you access to us. Hence the reason you can get online switching WIFI.

I will have a look through your IP Addresses here to see if Cloudflare has added them to their Firewall.

I am going to assume when you mean WIFI,  you are referring to your internet service provider Virgin Media?

Could you try again please, and let me know if you can access the site again using your WIFI?

Yes can’t access Dark Blues site on my parents WiFi either when there.

I cleared all the blocked IP addresses for the last week, if this happens again, let me know and I will add all your IP addresses to their whitelist.

If you are banned or your account is suspended, you will defiantly know about when you try to access the forum.
