Yes, make sure that your device/browser isn't clearing out your cookies when you close your browser, or you aren't in private mode.

Once you click on consent, it should remember your settings, even after you close your browser, as long as you don't clear your cookies afterwards.

I see that you are using Safari Browser, which comes with your iPhone.

I would suggest that you Download Google Chrome from the App store, and see if you still have the same problem.
