Can someone explain to me why it takes us an eternity to make substitutions once we decide a change is needed .

Yet again on Saturday when it was very obvious that Simon was struggling but it took us for what seemed forever to make a change.

From Acquah first taking his jumper off until getting him on the park it must have been 10minutes.

What exactly are they telling him that requires such a lengthy discussion , surely things are discussed pre match and a minute before bringing them on is all that is required without it then becoming information overload .

I actually though once we brought our subs on it got us back in the match as up until that point the 2nd period was all Falkirk , its just a pity it took us 10minutes chatting to the lads before we introduced them .

Maybe we need more people on the bench to help it run a bit smoother!! 

But yeah, its very frustrating and amateurish looking

Do they show the subs the last episode  of The Traitors on the IPAD before allowing them on?

It’s an endless list of Rudyard Kipling poetry apparently and Pressley insists that the subs read em all to get fired up.

Our subs have been awful for almost as long as I can remember. It’s a real issue. We always seems to be worse after subs are made. Like for like is easy but when we’re under pressure neither Pressley, Doc or even McPake going even further back got it right with their in game management.

The subs are having a bit of a negative impact on the team. Possibly only Yougane is pushing for a start but still looks a bit off the pace.

What’s happened to Cesar Garza ? Played some excellent games last season with lots of aggression. I seen him on the bench against Celtic but wasn’t stripped?

Billy Koumetio looks like he has been bombed from the squad again?

Two players who have not had a chance this season?

Agree that Billy and Garza should at least let get on the pitch occasionally!!
