Shares Available for Existing Shareholders

Didn’t see anything about this being tweeted out by the club. Noticed on the website from 9th August in amongst other news.

They have now released 36000000 shares at 0.0135p each. 

Anyone interested has to be existing shareholder and minimum purchase is £250 which equates to 18518 shares.

Could bring nearly half a million if all sold

The plan that was announced at the EGM was as now published, ie existing shareholders only, and with a minimum transaction price that makes it commercially viable, to cover the administrative/legal costs. There was no argument with this, at the meeting, and I'd imagine the minimum amount of £250 is lower than most of us were anticipating. The Board are obviously hoping some of the bigger shareholders will up their investment by a fair bit.

I'm sure, though, that there was mention of some potential new shareholders - possibly some of our sponsors & advertisers? - but if the £250 starting point covers admin costs, I'd think there's a chance of this level also being made available to new shareholders, if as BCG suggests, there may be unsold shares after a few months.
