When a manager sees a game so different to the fans it's truly the end for him , to come away with statements like that he must take us all for mugs

The problem is Nelms woukd not replace him with quality, the McGee fiasco the last time we were in this situation was embarrassing. Just have no faith in Nelms I fear we would be better just burying our heads in the sand, crossing our fingers and hope we get lucky.

I suspect that Nelms will not act.  He is completely detached from the interests of his paying customers.  I like Docherty but it  doesnt look  that he can save this situation.  Alex Ferguson in his prime would struggle with it. Dreadful recruitment, unsure of the underlying cause.   Hark back to the numbskull like delay in sacking McPake.

Looking at even the short clip of the post match interview, I don't believe doc thinks he is going anywhere. Lose on Saturday and I think the fans will make it very clear we have had enough. I don't think Nelms really cares what league we play in and may even prefer the lower wage championship. The problems run much deeper than Doc's decisions. It absolutely stinks and its a smell we are all familiar with

Naively envisaged him as our manager for years to come ,  was going well enough, but it's all come crashing in due to horrendous decision making ,   the joke like defensive displays and frailties have gone on far too long, he's blown it big time, so very disappointing

I agree, of course, however until we get rid of Nelms nothing will ever change at our club.

What imposter will Nelms appoint to lose the remaining games?

I don't care how much money Keyes has put into the club, he's losing more because of Nelms' mismanagement and horrific decision making.

The writing was on the wall when we let McCowan go last minute without a replacement when we were already short in midfield. Then punting Main leaving us with only 2 strikers was criminally insane. Currently we only have a 33yr old striker playing 90 mins without relief every game? That will take its toll on Murray and would not be surprised if he picks up an injury soon also which will leave us with 0 recognized strikers on the books. That is unbelievable.

For my entire lifetime this club has been run like a cheap brothel, people come in and sp*nk their money away and f*%k off without a care in the world leaving the fans to clean up the mess.

New stadium?

New stadium?

£95m projected cost, 12 years ownership, still not a shovel in the ground, still not a consistent team on or off the park, manager after manager, squad after squad, up and down more times than bonnie blue at a gloryhole party.

As far as i'm concerned, the "owners" can forget the new "facilities" until we have a consistent team on the park. Supporting this club is like some sort of reoccurring hallucinogenic nightmare and has been for as long as I can remember.

Saturday will be telling

Honestly past caring whether people are Doc in or Doc out at this point feel like posting my rant about the players here. McCracken can’t kick straight every one of his kicks seemed to end up out the park. McGhee and Cameron have both chucked it zero effort from either of them. Sylla has been poor for weeks now maybe not so irreplaceable as some might think. Tiffoney is not a footballer full stop he doesn’t score he can’t pass and gets bullied off the ball whoever offered him a contract should be out the door aswell. Larkeche and Adewumi in fairness to them put in a shift but were poor and are they really up for a relegation battle knowing they’ll be away next season?

The only real positives from tonight were the return of Joe and Charlie they seemed to improve the game massively when they came on and were both involved in the goal.

I think this is the case, and agree with your points. Sylla has likely got a deal back in France, or continent, he came to us with attitude issues he looks like he can’t be arsed anymore. We beat Kilmarnock to Tiffoney was it not? Hard to believe - he is another that has been given far too many chances. He is a championship player at best.

But we are just repeating our posts in various forms we see it, TD is blinded by his arrogance or stupidity one of the two.

what I would like to see is these new signing this year step up, Ingram, Samuel’s, Garza - id be banging on the managers door saying these lads your starting have been rank for last 3 games!!
when you watch the games back - there are players shirking challenges 50/50s, all the ones that are out of contract end of season. Sylla. Cameron, McGhee.

as far as im concerned, and it might be controversial,

McGhee, Tiffoney should not start another game : Jordan has been a stalwart but he was half hearted in his play tonight against the team he is joining!! Things move on.

Reilly needs to start and Garza, as does Joe!

But it’s a very sorry state since jan, and I believe something isn’t right behind the scenes, maybe TD is moving on at the end of the season !

Even if we lose at the weekend, I can't see Doc moving on before the end of the season.

And even if he did, I can only image the replacement would be a downgrade (I know, I know).
