I’d take Neil Lennon.

But knowing Nelms, it will be the manager of some five a side team somewhere. Or Gordon Strachan’s second cousin’s wife’s fourth cousin twice removed.

Highly doubt Neil Lennon would work under Nelms..

If we don't sack him tomorrow and if we don't ask someone like Neil Lennon or someone that has a bit of experience but someone that has a bit of an idea and a style of play that can give us a bit of hope and give the players different thoughts and a lift.  Then we are heading down. Because nothing is going to change. Out of 4 clubs near the bottom in 2005 every club changed there manager apart from us, and we were 9 points clear at the time of the team at the bottom and 7 games to go and we got relegated and if my memory serves me right I think 7 or so games in to the new division one season we ended up sacking Duffy cause things were not going well. When we should have sacked him with 7 games to go in the top flight. History is repeating its self again. After hearts imo Docherty should have been out the door imo.

That’s the problem sadly.

I have the feeling Nelms is a total nightmare to deal with.

Que the usual refurbished stadium "update" thats no really an update in the next few days, its what they do when things are bad.

For me, this has got charlie adam written all over it if we make a change and I'd have no idea what to expect with that.

Lets face it, TD will be given the season. Nelms is stubborn, and doesn't like to be pushed into decisions.

TD is becoming delusional, the effort from some players tonight - represent something opposite to his observations.......

They had a clear the air meeting after the last game and guess what

Nothing changes

And they are an honest bunch in there and will analyse everything tomorrow!

Oh are you worried about your league position.

No 5 league games to the split and taking one game at a time!

The problem is Nelms woukd not replace him with quality, the McGee fiasco the last time we were in this situation was embarrassing. Just have no faith in Nelms I fear we would be better just burying our heads in the sand, crossing our fingers and hope we get lucky.

Dundee manager Tony Docherty tells BBC Scotland: "I thought we should've got at least a point. The performance in the second half was good enough.

"We had numerous chances. We were, by a long shot, the better team in the second half.

"If we continue to put in that level of performance then we'll be okay.

"We've lost a game that we should never lose, but maybe we'll pick up points in a game we shouldn't win.

"Once again, we've shot ourselves in the foot, it's self-inflicted. We need to learn from that.

"If I get that performance level in that second half going into any game, I'd be confident in my team winning. Bring on the challenge, we'll be ready for it."

He has completely lost it. Thats worthy of being locked up.
