The Dark Blues Flag/Banner

Alright Boys and Girls, the topic of getting our own Banner/flag to represent the forum first popped up the other day when it was mentioned on here that the club were calling on supporter's clubs to hand in any flags/banners they would like to cover seats within the ground now that the stands are empty.

Having discussed it with @Tayzurri and put out some feelers to flag making companies, he has given it the green light and kindly set up the link below for anyone who would like to contribute.

Right now I'm looking for help with some design ideas, so anyone who wants to make something up can post it on here. Once we get a few designs, then we can all agree on one (maybe a poll) and take it from there. The size of the flag will all depend on how much we manage to raise obviously. A rough guide to work with from one of the quotes I received was £8-9/m2 + VAT

Also anyone who has had a flag banner made before, or can recommend somewhere please feel free to share and I can do the donkey work.

Also a wee reminder if anyone donating to this excellent idea could they also take the time to throw a quid or two at the running costs of the site . Without this site many of us would be lost for DFC chat banter and info so go on , ,if you can throw something in the pot

Is there any way we could keep track of what's been donated?, it'd be nice to see what's in the pot and how much work needs done to make this viable.

Previous fundraisers have a running total - inbuilt in the software?

It seems that the last couple of updates have really screwed a few things up, the page which is supposed to show the donation amount is throwing an error for some reason or another.

I will fix this asap.
