Docherty knows the players and he'll know how to best answer prying questions. The players confidence is at rock bottom and it'd likely be counterproductive to knock that confidence further just to a appease a few hundred fans on social media. Everyone knows we're in a relegation battle including the manager.

Successful managers can say whatever they want, they can act like dickheads, they can howl at the moon, they can jump around like monkeys, and no one cares. Failures get picked up on every single aspect, and right now TD is a failure.

I think TD is a decent guy, but that isnt enough to make it as a manager. I think you could split a managers role into smaller parts, everyone has different versions of how they'd split it up, but Id go for signings, tactics, formations, subs, results and coaching. Out of the six sections, as it stands TD fails in every section.

He and we desperately need things to turn around, and quickly. While I hope we can, I just don't think TD has it in him, tactically he is dismal, he constantly uses the wrong formation, and is incapable of learning, well it seems that way,. As for subs and results, lets just skip that. Can he coach a decent defence, yeah let's quickly skip that. Has this seasons signings led to a competitive balance squad, skip skip skip.

Sunday should be win or bust for him, but it won't be.

Didn't read the whole transcript so dunno but the bits I did read didn't say we aren't in a relegation battle. Maybe I missed that bit?

Not unless he quits.

We'd be level with St Johnstone at worst with a game against them to come and 24 points still available.

I feel a pumping by the Arabs tomorrow and he resigns. 

however we have had slumps in the past and some of these players are not taking responsibility. When has mulligan or Sylla played like they did against Celtic or St Mirren? Cameron since Airdrie, I don’t see a lot of intensity since. Never seen Tiff run his @rse of like he did earlier in the season. Question Donnelly is our weakest link at the moment, he has been terrible despite a good return.

If we lose tomorrow that will be one point from 18 available and 6 from a possible 33. I have backed him but we lose heavily tomorrow and he has to go imo.

Not many managers in this league survive a similar run of forum.

Heard from a QP player that he was a very good manager too. I'm guessing they've pushed the boat out hoping to make the Premiership and they're twisting in a last desperate push to avoid relegation rather than gaining the promotion they'd invested for. I wouldn't bet against us punting/losing Docherty and replacing him with Davidson which imo would be a mistake.
