It sounds like they have identified targets who have turned us down. We are either not offering enough money or Pressley is struggling to convince players to sign. 

Doc had his faults but he convinced Beck, Boateng, Bakayoko, Larkeche etc to sign for us. I know who i'd rather play for and its not Pressley.

Agreed. Docherty was a respected and inspiring guy who you suspect that players would want to sign and play for. 

Now I could be wrong and I'm maybe being unfair but I don't think that is the case with Pressley.

This whole nonsense comes in a bigger package , the players that left last season all coming to an end if a 2 yr deal , deals offered to some came to late and players heads and deals were done  elsewhere , the timing of TD being sacked then the late arrival of SP . 
we now have a manager handing out a coveted number 10 to Fin which tells me he is hanging his hat on him this season , all based around a few training sessions( he will now doubt be a great trainer but mentally lacking on game days) Early days but the signs are really worrying on who has came into the club player wise - our best players look to be the ones that were on the sidelines last season which is just crazy . What have the recruitment team been doing , who is actually driving the football department . It’s an absolute nonsense .
