Anderson hasn't been great so far but his chance again will come. Needs to work on his touch before returning to the side imo.

This has been said before, quite regularly. Does he not work on his individual skills?

I'd imagine that he does. I've read that it takes 10,000 hrs of practice to truly perfect something, maybe he's not put enough hrs in yet.

Didn't realise how much time might be needed. Club should be working with him and Mullen and Robertson. We need guys who understand that they have a chance to do something with their football careers. What a core they could be. Do you think agents get in their heads and actually exploit  them for really quite small financial gains?

I'm not sure mate. I suppose agents do well when their clients do well.

Think they might go for short term gains at the expense of career development. How does a football club counteract this?
