Not being funny, but what was the decision the dabs made a year ago today?

One year ago today they were in a genuine challenge for all 3 major trophies (ok the league title was a bit far fetched but definitely in the hunt for 2nd place, were in a league cup final and were looking as strong as at any time in the past 25 to 30 years.)

Then they sold their 2 best players on deadline day and one year on sit routed at the bottom of the table after 12 months of fun since the glorious day that Sir Stephen sold their dreams and completely ended them as a force.

Poor Spencey is getting a fair bit of stick on Twitter from fellow dabs for suggesting Soutar is a player with great potential. Dabs in denial insisting he was sh**e all along.

You maybe rated Shift keys abilities more than I did but I thought he was good but not great and getting a huge big bundle of cash for him was great business for United. I doubt he was popular in the dressing room either. He wasn't the cause of the demise (fingers crossed) of our neighbours, it was the other two who made the difference.

Next time I'm feeling down about Hartley's formations, line ups or transfer activity, I'm going to take a step back, take a deep breath then think about the last 366 days of fun from the World Famous.

Can't be many clubs in world football that have went from treble challengers to asset stripped and going down in record style in the space of 12 months before?
