Acquah had to score that header in the first half, even Main would of buried that.

Scoring goals is the hardest thing in football to do so I'm backing Docherty's record there. We lost too many goals but we at least gave ourselves a chance of winning by scoring a barrow load ourselves. We've not looked like scoring in 2 competitive games against lower league opposition and have conceded twice from defensive mistakes. It looks like one thing has changed and one thing hasn't to me.

Did I want SP as manager - No, but will give the man a fair chance.

Do I think he should be sacked - No, look at the utter mess he has walked into.

Would I welcome Docherty back - Definitely not, same mistakes week after week.

The next few weeks will determine our season, it will depend on who and how many we manage to get signed, if it is apparent, in a few months, that we are heading towards relagation then that will be the time for calls for SP to be sacked.

If he is then sacked it will be because he has been given time and it will be apparent things have not worked out regarding progress and results, it won't be because we don't like how he dresses, how he talks or because many didn't like or want him from day one.

Can’t disagree with anything in this post. Time will tell whether the appointment of SP was right or wrong, it’s not yet that time.

Our season won’t be determined by how many we will get in, it will be determined by how many good players with determination we get in and how they are coached and managed.

We don’t have time.

Keyes should be encouraged, by everyone, to realise that having a team that can play in the new stadium is even more important than building the development.

If Elvis doesn't get the players he needs then what's the point of building a football stadium.

Definitely would not sack Elvis now.

From what I've heard keyes won't be adding any more money to the budget.

Which will be dictated by the terms that we offer. If we are not meeting current contract  wage  requirements, then we will fail and maybe  bring in more players who won't be able to cope. If Nelms has cut the budget, then this will  result in a poor side. If we get relegated, might he be seeing that as another way to cut costs?

I agree that this is the rumour.  However, it appears to me that this decision if true, may be an error.

Fans putting pressure on the CEO or the manager does not seem to help the situation. What has happened to the Burnley tie up. You would think that the whole point of our new manager and his team, is based on developing Burnley players. Has something happened there? Why would Tim Keyes reduce his funding and expect Burnley to fill that gap?

Something does not feel right and I do not believe that it is all the fault of our CEO and our new manager.

Relegation incoming! What happened to the Mccowan money? the estimated compensation due for Mulliam and Camerij? The money we got for Celtic progressing in Europe?

Everything is pointing towards the budget being reduced drastically.
