Ticket sales slow for the game so far,for some reason there seems to be a lack of urgency with our support

Maybe there is no urgency?

Maybe so,but wouldn't it be great to start selling out stands earlier.Be great for the players to see that the fans are right behind them

I agree, but when folk know they'll be able to rock up at the last minute and get a brief anyway there isn't much to encourage them to get one earlier.

But then they just moan that they had to queue of course.

If I lived in Dundee I would be up to Dens now rather than queue on Monday where inevitably there will be moans..The club could show more enthusiasm in getting folks along' e.g. Courier interview with GB, social media, etc. Promoting the Pars game above the Arbroath game seems arse about face to me.

Plenty time to think about the diddy cup which is also on tv.

I mentioned that my brother and his kids are planning on going up on Monday.

He isn't, I don't think, up to speed with all things DFC, the club just isn't given as much of a consideration as it once might've been. His kids are teenagers and have jobs so they'll be at different places at different times. His only mode of transport is in the garage. He's self employed and working partly through Xmas. He'll be planning on finishing off any work, rounding up his kids by way of public transport and paying at the gate. I'm certain that he'll not be expecting any hassle rocking up at Dens and just paying in to watch a game. I'm sure there will be others who just want to use cash as a really simple way of watching a game of football.

We seem to make it more difficult than it really has to be.
