DFC1974 Posted 18 April Report Share Posted 18 April Ouch edit to add.: £120k of it suspended until next season. Still painful though.
Ludo*1 Posted 18 April Report Share Posted 18 April I can't really see that standing up in court. The £120k is payable if we have a single postponement due to a waterlogged pitch next season - even if we sort our pitch - that's just laughable. As for the television costs of £36,429.60, that can get in the bin. It's no surprise to see we're pursuing legal advice.

Absolute joke the £120k if we have just one postponement next season.

I hope that we take this to court and win.

nemsadzDEE Posted 18 April Report Share Posted 18 April The SPFL pandering to Rangers as usual. At least we got our moral victory last night. The club definitely need to challenge that as it's a complete joke basing it on 1 call off as that is outwith what the club can reasonably control.
Sinkie Posted 18 April Report Share Posted 18 April So works out at 30k per game as wasn't one called off by the police and nothing to do with the pitch. Motherwell fined 60k suspended for same thing . Theirs wasn't carried over too the next season . Is that now going too be the standard then or is it just for Dundee . Same as the administration points deduction .

Rangers say to the SPFL sh*t and the SPFL say how much and which bucket would you like it in.

It’s galling when the club are committed to building a new stadium, when did that last happen in Scottish football? I was foolish enough to think that one of the SPFL’s functions was to nurture clubs and help them develop.
