Does anyone know if this just happens automatically into your bank account, once the game is rescheduled? No information on the DFC site about it...

It will probably take around 5-7 (Possibly 10) working days after the club issue's a refund.

We tried for an Aberdeen refund in the shop and to even exchange them for "today's," game but we were told "no" and to wait for the game to be played by the shop

Ive heard the same. They wont refund any "unused" tickets until after the conclusion of the rearranged game.....not exactly putting the customer first if accurate.

Nelms even refused money from Dee 4 Life to introduce ticketless entry to Dens. The sort of system used by the likes of Arbroath and Kilmarnock as witnessed on Saturday. Why? Time for Nelms to answer the difficult questions (well difficult for him).

Probably more due to the offer coming from D4L rather than any objection to the ticket system. Well documented that he wants nothing to do with them.

I agree with his well documented negativity re D4L even if it inconveniences the supporters.

Never mind I am sure Dens will pass a pitch inspection before Rangers have a penalty awarded against them.
